Percy Jackson & the Olympians celebrates 122 weeks on the New York Times children’s series bestseller list, this week at #5, while 39 Clues hits #4 on the list in its 26th week. Also congrats to Jeff Kinney, whose fabulous Diary of a Wimpy Kid series rules the list this week at #1!
Publishers Weekly interviews Rick about his new Egyptian series, The Kane Chronicles, and the first book The Red Pyramid, out 5/4/10.
Just announced: Rick’s new series The Kane Chronicles, about siblings Carter and Sadie Kane battling Ancient Egyptian gods in the modern world, will launch May 4, 2010 with the first book: The Red Pyramid.
Rick will appear with four other 39 Clues authors in a live ‘Advanced Agent Training‘ webcast hosted by Whoopi Goldberg on Nov. 2. Teachers are welcome to sign in and watch with their classes.
